Efficient Stay Near Suanzes Metro
ample space metro station quick access
the room offered ample space and maintained cleanliness. the breakfast was satisfactory and included many choices. the hotel's proximity to the metro station proved convenient. i got to various tourist spots quickly.
the air conditioning switch was off upon arrival. it was in the electric panel and caused some delay. i contacted the staff to turn it on.

sweet getaway near alcalá
fresh fruit helpful staff free parking
the breakfast was a highlight, it included fresh fruit and many options. i found the staff very helpful, they were always nice and cute. i found it easy to park outside, and that was free. walking down calle de alcalá was interesting.
plugs were scarce in the room, i found only two on one side of the bed and another one in the bathroom. it was somewhat inconvenient for charging devices.

the hotel provides two parking options, and electric car charging is included in the price, a massive plus. there is food available at all hours. a metro station is a short walk away.

The staff was very kind. ibana's customer service was really good. the staff were wonderfully respectful. They worked quietly without disturbing guests. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

the rooms were very clean and tidy. i found the room well insulated from outside noise, a big plus for peacefulness. the bed and pillows were exactly to my liking.

helpful staff clean room comfy bed
The staff was super helpful and very professional. i needed a taxi to the airport. They got one within six minutes. the room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfy. breakfast was also pretty decent, i really enjoyed it!
